::Wedding Photography::

Wedding is one of the lucrative jobs you can ever get as a photographer.

As a seasoned photographer, you have to be brave and say "No" to clients who are too fussy about the requirements. Do understand that certain jobs requires alot of effort, and if so, do be bold and reject the offer diplomatically.

Anyway, my approach to wedding photography consists on the following elements;
1) Perimeter - This includes the wedding gown, diamond rings, address, the food preparation, etc

2) Customary Shots - In most asian countries, such as the Chinese, Malay and Indian cultures, we have to take the MUST-HAVE shots as the acknowledging the seniors.

3) Poses - Do read up magazines such as Brides, Fashion, Travel and Food, Women. These magazines give you an idea on how to instruct the bride and bridegroom to pose for the events. Here you do Long shot, up to Big Close Up.

4) Photojournalism - Usually use a wide angle lense for photojournalism shots as you can crop it up later in the post production. Get low to eye level to get unfamiliar but interesting shots. At times do take ariel shots. Rule of the game, get new and interesting perspectives that defines you uniquely from the rest.

5) Emotive - One of the emotive shots can be captured with a prime or zoom lens. For instance, use a zoom lens when the couple is having their food. The advantage of using a zoom or prime lens is that they don't know that their pictures are being taken. Therefore, brace yourself for down-to-earth photos that worth millions.

Below are some of the wedding photos I took during some of my wedding coverage. I will include bride and bridegroom pictures on the future posts. For now enjoy the wedding pictures that I have uploaded!
